Captain Dawson is an aviation leader specializing in organizational risk management and leadership development. Captain Dawson’s passion is developing effective leadership and learning techniques that systematically and substantially propel organizational performance.
Captain Dawson has earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Colorado State University and is currently a 2020 Doctoral student at the University of Pennsylvania.
Captain Dawson has held many leadership positions throughout his career and some have had global outreach. As a former United States Marine Corps Officer, Marine Corps Aviator, and an Air Force Pilot with the Air National Guard, Captain Dawson has flown a variety of aircraft from helicopters to heavy multi-engine airplanes. Captain Dawson retired from the military with 23 years of honorable service at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. While serving in the military, Captain Dawson led and planned many missions during his tenure. Some of the highlights of his career are his service as a Search and Rescue (SAR) Aircraft Commander and acknowledgement by his superiors for being an instrumental leader in multiple complex Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) deployments.
Captain Dawson’s pursuit to make things better and more efficient in any organization has led him to a lifelong quest to learn and share with others. As a guest speaker in many schools, government agencies and businesses, Captain Dawson’s repeated comments are those of inspiration, dedication, strong leadership and moral character. John T. Dawson is currently serving as Captain on the Boeing 737 Aircraft with United Airlines. While at United Airlines Captain Dawson has flown the following Boeing Aircraft: 737, 757, 767, and 777.

Captain Brown holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and is currently a doctoral student at the University of Pennsylvania in the Chief Learning Officer Program. He was commissioned in the United States Marine Corps and retired with 23 years of honorable service as a Lieutenant Colonel. Initially designated a CH-46E helicopter pilot, he has also flown the C-12 and C-35 transport aircraft. During his service, he has held department level positions in Training, Administration, Operations, and Maintenance and has led an aviation detachment overseas in a combat zone.
Captain Brown also has fifteen years of commercial aviation experience flying multiple business class aircraft and airliners. Having flown the Boeing 737, 757, and 767 aircraft, he is currently a Captain on the Boeing 737 with United Airlines. He is a founding Partner at Windsock Advisors and is committed to building a firm where his twenty-five years of experience in military leadership and aviation can be shared with corporations, governments, non-profits, and educational institutions in order to help build higher functioning organizations.

Priscilla Dawson EdD
Dr. Dawson is a school leader specializing in organizational leadership and leadership practices. She earned her Ed.D. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education. She has also studied at Stanford University’s School of Business on Leadership and Change.
For the last 20 years, she has held leadership positions and led school reform at all levels of public schools. Her experience includes supervising large, diverse staffs, managing resources and yearly budget in excess of twenty million dollars, and developing business partnerships within the communities in which the schools resided.
Dr. Dawson, over a six-year period, studied leadership practices as part of a project sponsored by the Wallenberg Foundation, where she participated in leadership seminars at Cambridge University, Cambridge, England; University of Innsbruck, Innsbruck, Austria; Danish University, Copenhagen, Denmark and; University of Athens, Athens, Greece and was a part of the International Conference for School Improvement and Effectiveness in Sydney, Australia.
Tanya Rodriguez has earned a Masters of Education degree with a concentration in business administration from Rider University. Her undergraduate degree hails from Rutgers University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in business management. Tanya is a Qualified Purchasing Agent and has been responsible for budgets over $75million while leading staff in excess of 30 people. She has infinite knowledge of various payroll systems, labor negations, and risk management. Tanya is an expert at fiscal management and ensures alignment with our business goals.
